Welcome to 1Cabo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 1cabo.net (the "Site") and any concierge services provided by Freedom Travel LLC dba 1Cabo ("1Cabo," "we," "us," "our"). By submitting an inquiry, using our chat widget, providing your phone number or email, or engaging our concierge services, you agree to these Terms.
1Cabo is a private travel concierge service that provides rate quotes, booking assistance, and trip coordination for luxury resort accommodations in Cabo San Lucas and the broader Los Cabos region. We do not own or operate the resorts referenced on our Site; we facilitate guest bookings through established relationships with hospitality partners. Final room availability, rates, and bookings are subject to confirmation by the resort or property and may change without notice.
Submitting an inquiry through our Site does not constitute a reservation. Quotes provided by 1Cabo are estimates based on the information you supply and the rates available at the time of quote. Rates may change, be subject to availability, and require deposit or full payment to hold. Quotes are typically valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated in writing.
When you confirm a booking through 1Cabo, you authorize 1Cabo or our hospitality partners to charge the payment method you provide. Cancellation, change, and refund policies are set by the resort or property and will be communicated to you in writing before payment is processed. 1Cabo is not responsible for resort-imposed cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits.
By submitting your mobile phone number to 1Cabo (whether through our inquiry form, chat widget, or directly to a member of our team), you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from 1Cabo related to your inquiry, quotes, bookings, and trip coordination. Message frequency varies based on the status of your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or email [email protected]. 1Cabo does not send promotional or bulk SMS to inquirers who have not explicitly opted in to marketing communications.
1Cabo does not sell, share, or otherwise transfer your inquiry information to third-party affiliates, marketing partners, or unaffiliated lead buyers. Your information is used solely to fulfill the concierge service you requested and is shared only with the specific resort or property whose accommodation you are booking. You agree not to use the Site or our services to (a) submit false or misleading information, (b) impersonate another person, (c) attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Site or our systems, or (d) use the service in violation of any applicable law.
The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." 1Cabo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of any rates, accommodations, or services facilitated through us. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1Cabo's total liability arising from your use of the Site or our concierge services is limited to the amount you have paid 1Cabo, if any, in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
